Ranch Dressing Recipe

This is a quick and easy Ranch Dressing. I use Penzey's dry buttermilk ranch mix. Others will work such as Hidden Valley etc.or create your own mix. The dressing stores well in the refrigerator.

Directions

  1. Combine dressing mix and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Add buttermilk and mayonnaise to bowl and whisk together. If the dressings is too stiff add a bit more buttermilk to reach the consistency you desire.
