Ranch Beer Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened (low fat OK
  • 1/3 cup beer
  • 1 envelope dry Ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2-3 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1-2 chopped scallions

Directions

  1. Cook the bacon, drain chop.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl, refrigerate overnight.
  3. Serve in a dip bowl room temp, or shape into a cheeseball.
