Ranch Beer Cheese Dip

Make a day ahead for best flavor and serve with bagel chips, melba toast, or pretzels.

Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese, softened (low fat OK
1/3 cup beer
1 envelope dry Ranch dressing mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2-3 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1-2 chopped scallions

Directions

Cook the bacon, drain chop.
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl, refrigerate overnight.
Serve in a dip bowl room temp, or shape into a cheeseball.
