Ramen Vegetable Steak Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef tip steaks (1/4" thick) cut crosswise into 1" wide strips
  • 2 cl Garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1 pkt (3 ounce) Oriental Ramen noodle soup *
  • 1 pkt (16 ounce) Green Giant American Mixtures, San Francisco Style Frzn Broccoli, Carrots, Water Chestnuts & Red peppers
  • 1 tsp Veg. oil
  • 1 jar (4.5 ounce) Whole mushrooms liquid removed
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce *
  • 4 x Green onions

Directions

  1. Soy suce and ramen noodle suop flavor this quick entree
  2. In a medium sized bowl, combine beef strips, garlic, 1 Tbsp. of sesame oil and grnd red pepper, toss to coat. Set aside
  3. Remove noodles from package; reserve seasoning package. Bring water to boil in a large saucepan. Break block of noodles into 3 pcs and add in to water with frzn vegetables; return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 2 to 3 min or possibly till vegetables are crisp-tender stirring occasionally. Drain Well. Return vegetable mix to saucepan and stir in seasoning package from noodles. Cover and keep hot.
  4. Rub 1 tsp. veg. oil over large skillet or possibly wok; heat over medium-high heat till warm. Add in steak; cook and stir for 1 to 2 min or possibly till meat is no longer pink. Stir in vegetable mix, mushrooms, and soy sauce; heat thoroughly.
  5. Garnish with green onions.
  6. Makes 4 (1 1/2 c. servings)
