Ingredients

  • Chicken boneless- 250 gms(boiled with some turmeric powder and salt and shredded to fine pieces)
  • Onion- 2 finely chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
  • Green chilly- 2
  • Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
  • Garam masala powder- ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves- ¼ cup
  • Curry leaves- a stem
  • Ghee – 2 tbsp
  • Salt- to taste
  • All purpose flour- 1 cup
  • Egg-1
  • Salt to taste
  • Water enough to make a medium thick batter

  • Milk- 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs- to coat the rolls
