  • Rajma – 1 cup, soaked overnight and boiled
  • Toor Dal – 1 cup, boiled
  • Peerkangai (Ridge Gourd) – 1, cleaned, chopped
  • Carrot – 2, finely chopped
  • Tamarind Extract – 1 cup
  • Sambar Powder – 2 tblsp
  • Onion – 1, chopped
  • Tomato – 1, chopped
  • Vendhaya Keerai – handful, chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • Mustard Seeds – little
  • Oil as required
