Ingredients

  • Parshe fish - 2, cut , cleaned and marinated with turmeric powder + salt
  • Potatoes - 2, cut into long slices
  • Cauliflower - a few florets
  • Green chillies - 3
  • Kalo jeere / Nigella seeds - 1 tsp
  • Radhuni / Celery seeds - a pinch
  • Jeera / Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Grated ginger - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - for gravy
  • Oil - 2 + 2 tbsp ( I use mustard oil )
