very moreish and full of iron and antibodies for the winter flu,
give it ago i like to cook this one when all the ingrediants are in season like most of my recipes.

Ingredients

  • one bunch of rabe washed and drained
  • 4 cloves of garlic chopped small
  • one chillie deseeded and sliced thinely
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. boil the rabe until cooked
  2. drain properly and set aside
  3. In a frying pan heat your oil until hot, drop in the garlic and chillie
  4. garlic does not take long to start to brown do not burn.
  5. once garlic is starting to change colour put in the drained rabe add your salt for taste and toss until all ingredients are mixed
