Ingredients
- 4 lean pork chops
- Seasoned salt
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 sm. can mushrooms
- 1 env. brown gravy mix
Directions
- Coat pork chops with a dash of season salt and roll in Italian bread crumbs. Brown pork chops in small amount of butter. Remove from pan. Saute/fry onions and mushrooms in remainder of butter.
- Stir in brown gravy mix and water per mix directions. Return pork chops to pan. Simmer and cover till tender about 45 min.
