Directions

  1. Coat pork chops with a dash of season salt and roll in Italian bread crumbs. Brown pork chops in small amount of butter. Remove from pan. Saute/fry onions and mushrooms in remainder of butter.
  2. Stir in brown gravy mix and water per mix directions. Return pork chops to pan. Simmer and cover till tender about 45 min.
