Quick Sourdough Bread Recipe

• 1 c. water
• 1 c. bread flour
• 1 tsp white sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp yeast
• 1/4 c. hot buttermilk
• 1 tsp vinegar - any kind
• 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil or possibly margarine
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 c. bread flour
•     (can use mix of rye, or possibly wheat)
• 1 1/2 tsp yeast
