  • 3/4 c. warm water (105°-115°F.)
  • 2 1/2 t. yeast
  • 1/2 t. sugar
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 t. fine sea salt
  • 1/3 c. chopped pickled jalapenos
  • 1 T. freshly grated Parmesan
  • coarse salt and ground pepper to taste
