Ingredients
- 1 c. Concord grapes
- 1/2 c. sugar
- Â Â Water as needed
Directions
- Wash one c. Concord grapes, put into clean qt jar, add in 1/2 c. sugar, fill to within 1/2 inch of top of jar with boiling water. Put on cap, screwing the band tight. Process 10 min in boiling water bath.
- This recipe yields 1 qt.
- Yield: 1 qt
