Quick Crescent Caramel - Pecan Rolls

Ingredients

  • 5 T butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. pecans, minced
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages. Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 4 T butter, softened
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking pan, heat the 5 tbsp butter in oven. Stir in brown sugar, water and pecans. Separate each can crescent dough into four rectangles; seal perforations. Spread with the 4 tbsp softened butter. Put together sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough. Starting at shorter side, roll up each rectangle. Cut each roll into 4 slices, forming 32 pcs. Place cut side down in prepared pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Invert immediately to remove from pan. Serve warm.
