Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 - 2 quarts water
  • 2 tbsp Knorr chicken bullion base
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 10 oz pkg mixed veges
  • 1 c cooked basmati rice
  • 1 tbsp cooking sherry
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
  • salt pepper to taste
  • 8 turns of pepper grinder
