Ingredients
- 3 x minute steaks cut in strips
- 1 x onion sliced
- 1 x clove garlic crushed
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can (3 ounce) mushrooms sliced
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Brown steaks in 2 tbsp warm fat, add in onion and garlic, cook 5 min.
- Combine remaining ingredients and add in to meat. Heat through and serve with cooked noodles.
