Ingredients

  • 10 1/2 ounce cream of onion soup
  • 1 1/2 lb grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 med egg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 dsh pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp mustard

Directions

  1. In bowl combine 1/3 c. soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Form into 6 patties. Brown patties. Pour off fat. Remove patties. Gradually blend remaining soup into flour till smooth. Add in to skillet, stirring to loosen browned bits. Add in browned patties. Stir occasionally.
