  • Chickpeas – 200 gms, boiled, drained, rinsed
  • Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tblsp
  • Onion – 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
  • Tomatoes – 1/4 cup, finely chopped, seeds removed
  • Chaat Masala Powder – 1 tsp (adjust as per taste)
  • Mint Leaves – few, finely chopped
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tblsp
  • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil – 2 tsp
  • Sugar – a small pinch
