Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 c. pumpkin
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1Â 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
- Combine sugar and butter, add in Large eggs on at a time beating well after each addition. Add in pumpkin and dry ingredients. Pour into a jelly roll pan and bake at 325 for 25 min.
