Ingredients

  • Pumpkin Muffins:
  • 2 c. Flour (You can really easily use completely whole wheat without anyone knowing, btw!:)
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Pumpkin Puree (canned or homemade)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 T. Oil
  • 1/2 t. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 t. Baking Soda
  • 1/8 t. Allspice, ground
  • 1/8 t. Nutmeg, ground
  • 1/8 t. Cloves, ground
  • 1/8 t. Cinnamon, ground
  • Dash of Salt
  • Optional: 1/4-1/2 c. Chocolate Chips
