This is a good basic recipe.It takes time but it rewards you.A slow cook recipe with something different in it pork rines. It can become a stirfry, put in bread or bun at party, manythings can be done with it.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. Chicken fajitas any kind seasoned or not
  • 2 large bags of Pork Rinds bbq, onion, any flavor
  • 1/2 to 1 cut of picante sauce mild not very hot
  • 1/2 cup of pickle juice or more with garlic we all should have some in the frig.

Directions

  1. Have a slow cooker a large one is good
  2. Put the chicken fajitas with the hot sauce and the pickle juice, with the pork rinds and a little water and let cook all night. The chicken will fall apart thr rinds will shrink and the flavor will grow. With a spoon mixt the everything around and give it a taste. The pork rinds will get very small, let cool and string the ckicken like the pully pork. I serve it with juice in it. It is so good when stired thr rinds fall apart. You can add, onions or anything you want.
