Ingredients
- 2Â 1/4 c. Unsifted flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 c. Margarine, softened
- 1/4 c. Granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 pkt Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix, (4 serving pac
- 2 x Large eggs
- 12 ounce Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 c. Minced nuts, (optional)
Directions
- Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, vanilla, and pudding fold in a large mixing bowl; beat till smooth and creamy. Beat in Large eggs. Gradually add in flour mix; then stir in chips and nuts. Drop by rounded measuring tsp., about 2" apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min.
- For Chocolate Chocolate-Chip Cookies, use Chocolate flavored instant pudding mix rather than Vanilla.
