Prune Butter For Baking

Ingredients

1/3 c. pitted prunes
1 tsp sugar

2 tsp light corn syrup
2 Tbsp. water

Directions

Combine prunes, 1 sugar, and corn syrup in a food processor; process 5 seconds.
With processor on, slowly add in water through food chute; process till mix is smooth, scraping sides of bowl frequently.
