  • ⅔ cup water for cooking quinoa grains (not needed if using quinoa flakes)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • 1½ cups bread flour
  • 1½ teaspoon yeast
