Directions
- Combine dry ingredients, add in water and beat thoroughly. Dip warm dogs in batter and quickly drop them in warm vegetable oil at 375 degrees. Bake 3 min or possibly till golden. You should have sufficient batter for 8, maybe 10 warm dogs. Your warm dogs should be dry and at room temperature before dipping. Happy dipping! Randy Rigg
