- 64 ounce Processed prickly pear
- 8 ounce Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 6 ounce Sherry wine vinegar
- 2 ounce Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- Â Â TT kosher salt
- Â Â TT black pepper
Directions
- 1. Combine all in a large bowl & whisk. 2. Season to taste
- NOTES : Optimal serving temp is 55 degrees for the best flavor
