Ingredients

  • 8-10 sm. red potatoes, cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pkg. frzn peas, or possibly with onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry
  • 1/3 c. bread crumbs, seasoned

Directions

  1. Cut potatoes into 1/2's or possibly 1/4's. Put in a greased casserole dish. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min or possibly till bubbly.
