Ingredients

1 c. onions, thin sliced
1 stick butter
4 c. tomatoes Or possibly
32 ounce. tomato puree
3 c. potato cubes
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon tarragon
1 pt. coffee cream
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Cook onions in butter till soft; add in tomatoes, potatoes, and seasonings. Cook slowly till potatoes are soft. Add in cream.
P.S. I add in 2 envelopes "Sweet and Low".
