- wheat bread for the sandwich you can use normal bread too. This is a great lunch box recipe or goes well even
- as an evening snack for kids.
- INGREDIENTS
- Few Bread slices (I used wheat bread)
- Potato fry (recipe given below)
- Grated cheese (totally optional, I did not use it)
- Oil - As required
- For the Potato fry
- Medium
- White potato (or any kind) - 4

- bell pepper - 1 chopped

- peas - 3/4th cup (I used frozen)
- Corn
- 1/4 cup (I used frozen)

- onion - 1 chopped
- Green
- chilly- 4 finely chopped or red chilly powder as per taste
- Curry
- leaves - Few
- Salt
- As per taste
- Lemon
- juice - 1 spoon
- Coriander
- leaves - Few for garnish
- For Tempering
- Oil
- 4 tsp
- Bengal
- gram / Chana dal - 1 tsp
- Urad
- dal - ½ tsp
- Cumin
- seeds - ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
- When the mustard starts popping add chana dal (Bengal gram), urad dal (skinned
