Ingredients1 cup water3 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes3 eggssalt and pepper1 cup mayonnaise1/4 c buttermilk1 Tbsp yellow mustard2 ribs celery1/2 cup red onion, chopped4-5 Kosher dill sandwich slices, minced1 tsp pickle juiceDirectionsPour water into Instant Pot. and add chopped potatoes into the steamer basket, then place the eggs on top of the potatoes. Secure the instant pot lid and turn the valve to sealing. Select high pressure/manual and set timer to 4 minutes.When the timer beeps, quick release the pressure.
