Directions

  1. 1. Fry onion slices lightly in hot, deep oil.2. Mix remaining ingredients well.
  2. 3. For each pancake, spoon 1 heaping tbsp of batter into oil, flattening pancake with a spoon immediately.
  3. 4. Fry for approximately 5 min on each side or possibly till browned and crispy.
  4. 5. Drain on paper towel and serve hot.
