Directions

  1. Wash chicken and cut up into serving pcs. Heat butter and roll the chicken pcs in it. Season the potato flakes with the salt and pepper and roll the chicken in the flakes, being sure to cover thoroughly. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 45 to 50 min till done. Let cool for 10 min and then serve.
