  1. Heat margarine in skillet, so which you can dip the chicken parts easily.
  2. You don't have to turn over the chicken during baking.
  3. This recipe can bedoubled.
  4. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together the instant mashed potato flakes and seasonings. Dip the chicken into the melted margarine and then coat with the potato flake mix. Place skin side up in a roasting pan.
  5. Bake for 60 min or possibly till done.
