Ingredients

  • 1 c. hot water
  • 3 tbsp. instant potato flakes

Directions

  1. Mix well all ingredients. Chill for 3-5 days. Remove from refrigerator. Let stand in open container for 8-12 hrs. Then remove 1 c. mix for bread. Return to refrigerator. Feed and remove a c. for bread in 3-5 days.
