  • 14 ounce frzn shredded potatoes thawed (4 1/2 c.)
  • 1 c. frzn peas
  • 4 ounce ham slices minced (very lean)
  • 1 can reduced calorie cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp dry parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In large bowl combine potatoes, peas, ham. In a small bowl mix flour, parsley, salt, pepper into soup. Pour over potato mix and blend well. Pour into 8x8 inch baking dish sprayed with butter cooking spray. Bake 25-30 mins.
