Ingredients

  • Boneless shoulder cross rib roast or possibly bottom round
  • 2 lg. onions
  • 1 beef bouillon
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 ounce. can mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp. fat

Directions

  1. Add in onions, bouillon and rest of ingredients. Simmer pot roast 2 1/2-3 hrs. Stew 1 1/2-2 hrs. Add in 4 ounces mushrooms.
