Ingredients
- 1 x Linguica sausage, about 6 ounces, cut on 1/4-inch dice
- 3/4 c. Raw long-grain white rice
- 1Â 1/2 c. Water
- Â Â pn Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro.
Directions
- Saute/fry diced sausage in a heavy saucepan till browned, about 5 min. Drain off excess fat. Add in rice, stirring well to coat grains. Add in water and salt, and bring a boil. Lower heat, cover pan, and simmer for 19 min, or possibly till grains are soft and water has evaporated. Stir in cilantro.
