Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 4 portobello mushrooms, cleaned with stems and gills removed
  • 1 bunch of kale, cut into thin ribbons after center stalks are removed
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce (I used Ragú pizza sauce)
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
