Directions

  1. Cut pork into match stick size pcs. Mix pork with sugar, salt, wine and 2 Tbsp. soy sauce. Let stand 10 min. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in skillet or possibly wok. Stir fry cabbage for 1 min and remove from pan. Heat remaining 1 Tbsp. oil in wok and stir fry pork and garlic for 3 min. Add in cabbage, pepper and remaining soy sauce. Cover and cook over low heat for 3 to 5 min.
