Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. peanut oil
- 4 tbsp. finely minced garlic
- 1 pound boneless pork, very thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, or possibly more
- 1 tbsp. minced coriander or possibly parsley stems
Directions
- Heat wok and add in peanut oil. Saute/fry garlic for moment and add in pork. Cook 3-5 min then add in remaining ingredients. Stir for another minute or possibly so then serve.
