Directions

  1. Cut tenderloin into 6 x 1/2 x 1/8 inch slices. Combine all ingredients except pork strips and mix well. Add in pork to marinade, cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Thread meat onto skewers. Grill.
