Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 c. (more) Parmesan cheese
  • 2 slices (more) Mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Beat egg; add in salt and pepper. Dig whole tenderloin in egg, then crumbs. Brown on both sides in oil. Place in shallow baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over meat. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min. Remove, cover, and place Mozzarella on top. Bake 10 min or possibly till cheese melts or possibly meat reaches 170 degrees internal temperature.
