Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless pork
- Sm. onion
- 1 sm. red bell pepper
- 4 lg. mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 1/2 c. long grain rice
Directions
- Chop your meat into cubes. Fry to brown; drain. Chop the vegetables, pour in with meat. Add in your soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce. Let vegetables get tender, not well done.
- Rice: boil the water with tsp. salt. Add in rice. Cook to tender. Rinse cool water and serve.
