  1. Soak limas over night. Drain. Brown pork steaks and onion in warm fat. Put limas in casserole, add in seasonings and water; top with steaks and onion. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Mix brown sugar and vinegar and pour over steaks. Bake 15 min more.
