Ingredients
- 1 pound fat-trimmed boneless pork cubes, cut from leg
- 1 c. sliced onion
- 1/2 c. gin
- 3 c. rinsed and liquid removed sauerkraut
- 2 unpared Golden brown Delicious apples, shredded
- 2 teaspoon caraway seeds
Directions
- Spray a non-stick pot with cooking spray. Add in pork cubes and brown over medium heat. Turn to brown proportionately. Stir in onion. Cook 1 minute, then stir in gin. Add in liquid removed sauerkraut, shredded apples and caraway seeds. Cover and simmer till pork is tender, about 50 min.
