Directions

  1. Lay ribs on a rack in a large pan with an 1/2 inch of water.
  2. Season ribs
  3. Cover pan with wide aluminum foil
  4. Bake at 275-300 degrees for 2-3 hours
  5. Carefully take the pan from the oven, drain fat and water.
  6. Grill or place ribs back on rack and raise oven temperature to 350-375 and brown for 45 minutes turning once, uncovered
  7. Remove from oven and brush with your favorite barbecue sauce
