Directions
- Lay ribs on a rack in a large pan with an 1/2 inch of water.
- Season ribs
- Cover pan with wide aluminum foil
- Bake at 275-300 degrees for 2-3 hours
- Carefully take the pan from the oven, drain fat and water.
- Grill or place ribs back on rack and raise oven temperature to 350-375 and brown for 45 minutes turning once, uncovered
- Remove from oven and brush with your favorite barbecue sauce
