Super-simple, super-tasty, cheap pork fried rice!

Directions

  1. Slice pork thin and brown in 1T oil.
  2. Add 1.5T soy sauce, wine, and water. Cover and simmer for 20min
  3. Fry rice, onion, and pepper in butter until rice is golden and onions clear.
  4. Add broth, water chestnuts, mushrooms, 1T soy sauce, and cooked pork. Cover and cook 15min
  5. Stir in eggs, beaten.

    This the sort of simple but delcious recipe I love, Jake. We make similar recipes, but I've never used wine, butter or water chestnuts. Will try incorporating these in the future.
