Pork Chow Mein Stir-Fry Wraps Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey (use granulated sugar as a substitute)
  • 2 tsp rice wine vinegar (use lemon juice or white vinegar as a substitute)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger or ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 4 pork loin chops, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil (I used peanut oil. Canola or vegetable oil will also work)
  • 1 red or orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 4 flour whole wheat tortillas
  • Crunchy chow mein noodles (usually found in the international aisle of the grocery store)
