Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon Adolphs instant meat marinade
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. molasses
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

Directions

  1. Trim excess fat from chops. Pour marinade, ginger, dry mustard, soy sauce, molasses and water into a shallow pan and blend well. Place chops in marinade. Turn and pierce all surfaces with a fork. Marinate several hrs. Broil 6-8 inches from heat, 15-20 min, basting frequently with marinade.
