Ingredients
- 4 loin pork chops
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 peeled and sliced potatoes
Directions
- Place sliced potatoes in bottom of baking dish. Add in water to bottom of pan, partially covering potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese over the potatoes. Remove excess fat from pork chops and place pork chops on top of potatoes. Sprinkle 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese over pork chops. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 min. Turn pork chops over; add in remaining cheese and bake till pork chops are golden. Keep potatoes partially covered with water while cooking. Don't salt pork chops.
