Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops, cut 3/4" thick
  • 1 pkg. Stove Top mix for pork
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 peach halves, 1 pound can liquid removed
  • 1/3 c. currant jelly

Directions

  1. Brown pork chops in 9"x13" pan for 40 min in 400 degree oven. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Remove chops from oven and drain off fat. Place stuffing fold in bottom of pan. Place chops on stuffing mix. Sprinkle with salt, place peach halves on top of chops, hollow side down. Cover and bake 25 min at 325 degrees. Before serving, turn peach halves over and spoon on currant jelly.
