Pork Chop And Yellow Squash Skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. center cut pork chops, boned & trimmed
  • 3-4 yellow squash, washed & sliced
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Cut pork chops into bite size pcs. Cook thoroughly in small amount of oil. Add in onion; cook till onion is tender. Now add in tomato sauce that has been mixed with 8 ounces water. Liquid should cover ingredients, add in water if necessary. Season with garlic salt and black pepper. Add in squash and cover; simmer 30 min. (Serve with mashed potatoes, no gravy is needed.)
